Throughout her entire legal career, beginning in law school, Ciara has established a proven record of leadership and service to her peers through The Florida Bar.

Ciara has worked tirelessly on The Florida Bar YLD Board of Governors the past two years to bring more resources to Young Lawyers and has helped Co-chair the Florida Bar YLD Law Student Division helping students be better prepared to make the transition from law school to lawyer.

Ciara has been the Co-Chair of The Florida Bar YLD Law Student Division Board for the 2018-2019 year. The YLD Chairs of the Law Student Division oversee the 12 Law School Chapters, including the 72 Law Student Governors. Pictured below is The Law Student Division executive board with Chair Iris Elijah (far right) and Co-Chair Ciara Willis (far left) with Justice Quince who had just sworn in the Law Student Board. 

Ciara hosted The Florida Bar YLD Basic Estate Planning and Probate CLE, in May 2018 at The Tampa Waterside Marriott.

 

Ciara was The Florida Bar YLD Law Student Division, Stetson Chapter, Liaison for 2017-2018. During that time, she spoke on one of their panels on Courtroom Etiquette with esteemed co-panelists, Josh Magidson, Professor Charles Rose, and Logan Murphy.

Former Past YLD President Zack Zurowest appointed Ciara to The Florida Bar YLD Board of Governors to assist with creating and launching The Legal Accelerator. Check it out by logging into your Florida Bar portal and clicking on the link that appears on the upper left hand side.
